Galatians 6:7 - Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.
The principle of reaping and sowing is a reminder of the justice of God, who ensures that actions, whether good or evil, will yield corresponding outcomes. The deeds that we do each day are recorded and whatever we sow that we will reap eventually. Sow seeds of love, kindness and compassion. Instead of unkindness, backbiting and gossip and you will reap bountifully. God tells us in His Word that what we must sow for a good outcome. This not only applies to those who work for God, but anything else in life.
2 Corinthians 9:6 Remember this: Whoever sows
sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap
generously.
Hosea 8:7 For they sow the wind, and they shall reap the whirlwind. There is no standing grain; what sprouts fails to yield flour. Even if it should produce, the foreigners would swallow it up.
Proverbs 22:8 He who sows injustice will reap disaster, and the rod of his fury will be destroyed.
